As a business owner myself, I know the hard work and commitment it takes to turn an idea into a successful enterprise. When it comes time to sell your business, you should be rewarded for your hard work and get to move into the next phase of your life with financial security. I personally get a great sense of accomplishment by helping DVMs sell their practices.

Helping Veterinarians Sell Their Practices

Matt Arena founded 360 Vet Sales with the idea that veterinarians who are ready to sell their practices deserve to have an advocate in their corner. He has established relationships with multiple buying groups, so he can help DVMs find the right buyer and maximize the buying price.

He brings extensive financial and management experience to this position – as well as his knowledge gained from owning and managing WTB Accounting. He understands the numbers and can position vets for success by evaluating their books up front and fixing any potential issues before starting conversations with potential buyers. You will quickly see how having him by your side can create a substantial advantage when you add in his exceptional knowledge of valuations, mergers & acquisitions and exit strategy.

Matt learned early in his career that he really wanted to focus on helping businesses with financial strategy. He earned a Bachelors’ Degree in Finance from the University of San Diego. Originally from Syracuse, NY, he now calls Rapid City, SD, home with his wife, stepson and daughter.

Fluent in Italian, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching Italian soccer, and woodworking.
